Philadelphia is known for many things, but what sets the city apart are the sandwiches. The neighborhood spots that are famous for slinging the best hoagies, cheesesteaks, and roast pork sandwiches have made them legendary. Founder Jason Barrer launched Jawndiments out of his own kitchen, based on a desire to connect people through food — by honoring these iconic flavors in a form that is meant to be squeezed, dribbled, and doused, you can add a taste of Philly onto almost anything you make.
We pride ourselves on quality above all else. Our sauces are made locally in small batches from the highest quality ingredients. Whether you’re a Chef, a home cook, a grill master, or a proud tailgater, we have your new favorite jawn right here.

I love Jawndiments' Cherry Pepper Mayo. It's creamy with a touch of sweetness and a pleasant kick of heat. I used this on my hoagies, cheeseburgers and chicken salad. If you love mayo and a bit of heat I'd recommend giving them a try!

Jawndiments' Cherry Pepper Mayo is made with all gluten free ingredients in a gluten free facility just across the Ben Franklin Bridge in South Jersey. Pickled cherry peppers are ubiquitous in Philly hoagie and cheesesteak shops, and are used to bring a vinegary and spicy punch to your food. The Cherry Pepper Mayo has a moderate level of heat that should be tolerable for almost every palate (but stay tuned for an extra-hot version!). Refrigerate after opening, and store in the fridge door for best results.
